Privacy policy
ETD is the 90-day discipline app of the 5 AM Mindset Club, available only to paid, verified club members.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and/or email (from your club membership).
- Your phone's model, Android version, app version and a device key used to secure your account.
- Wake-up acknowledgements (time recorded by our server and your phone's uptime clock) and Zoom class admission/leave times reported by Zoom.
- Leave requests and reward records. If cash rewards are ever activated: your UPI ID, stored encrypted.
What we do not collect
No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access, and no advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
Why
To run the alarm, verify your morning milestones, calculate points, streaks and rewards, and prevent fraud. Zoom connection time shows you were connected; it is not used to claim you watched or understood the class.
Sharing
Only with Zoom (to issue your personal class link) and, if cash rewards are activated, an authorized payout provider. We never sell data.
Retention and deletion
Request deletion in the app (Settings → Delete my account) or at /delete-account. We delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (payments, audit logs).
